Design plans featuring Geometric Tile Shapes are making a strong statement. I personally believe they always have been on the scene but we, nevertheless, found something from the UK that was quite intriguing.
House Beautiful – UK offered this to us: “Ditch the metro tiles – geometrics and more intricate designs are here! Squares and rectangles are a thing of the past, but mosaics are back and they come in an array of shapes, colours and sizes. These beautiful geometric tiles are a key trend and they’re versatile too, as they can work in both modern and traditional settings.” Take a look at the image at the top of this post via that publication.

My key take away is this. Since geometric tile shapes are applicable across so many design schemes, they make selections that much easier for a design team. See above a strikingly clever geometric in ceramic tile from our friends at www.mercurymosaics.com. Now take a peek at an elongated element in stone from industry stalwart Marble Systems. It is easy to see the versatility of geometrics as ably illustrated by these three images. As always, thanks for reading and please feel free to text me at anytime…305.986.1046.
